Biographical Note Malcolm A. Love received his bachelor’s degree at Simpson College, Iowa in 1927. In 1933 and 1937, he received his Masters of Arts and his Ph.D. at the University of Iowa, respectively. Before coming to San Diego State, he was President of the University of Nevada for two years.
